Seaport Village – San Diego, CA
June 25, 2012 in Travel
After a full swim filled day at our hotel, we ventured out for dinner to Seaport Village.
I got some of my favorite photos from our trip on this evening.
There was so much activity going on in the bay and the light was golden.
Seaport Village is a quaint little place lots of little shops, a 100 year old carousel, and horse drawn carriage rides.
Seaport Village was actually once a burial ground where the Spanish expedition of 1782 buried those who died of scurvy.
In later years it was a railroad yard.
I loved the tile roof, white stucco and turquoise doors and trim.
I found loads of artistic inspiration here.
But this was my favorite photo of the day.
