Blueberry Cream Cheese Cookies

I woke up in Narnia this morning, and on the mornings I wake up in Narnia with snow all around, I want to bake. Taking a quick look around my kitchen to see what I had on hand I noticed my blueberries were looking sad, so I decided I would whip something up with them and throw the rest of them in the freezer for smoothies. To begin with I gathered 4 ingredients. Crescent rolls, sugar, cream cheese and blueberries.
First, I rolled out the crescent roll into a rectangle, pinching all the seams together. Mine was sticky, so I used alittle flour.
Next I whipped together the cream cheese with the sugar.

Then I smeared the cream cheese mixture across the dough and topped it all with blueberries.
Roll the dough back up to make a log and slice into 1/4 inch slices. Lay on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
This made 12 cookies for me.
Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes or until the dough begins to turn brown.

I can almost smell them from here!
Looks delish! I’ll have to make those crescent rolls from scratch though, as that one’s not available locally.
