It’s was a cloudy morning the day we went to Disneyland and California Adventure. It was Ol’ Blue Eyes birthday and he decided he wanted to spend it at Disneyland.
Our first stop was Space Mountain.
Lets just say that some of us like roller coasters more than others.
Then we rode the Star Tours ride. Let just say that one of us is still recovering from Space Mountain, but I won’t say who.
Then we headed back to the front of the park because my friend Aurora, (who is an awesome photographer and used to be Princess Jasmine) told us to get James a birthday pin. We all got pins too that said “We are celebrating.” He even got a birthday call from Goofy and as we stepped outside, his favorite character, Donald Duck, was standing there ready to take pictures.
Then we headed to see Iron Man.
They also had some game there that took pictures of my punks faces and imported them into the game. It was funny.
Now it was time to head on over to California Adventure.
Our first stop was Cars Land. My beloved got another birthday phone call from Mickey and Pluto and I earned Honorary Citizenship of Disneyland because I helped make a magical moment happen.
Then we went through animation classes over and over and over and over. How fun is drawing all the Disney characters? It’s a total blast for my family. We could stay all day. Seriously.
Then we headed to Paradise Pier and my punks rode the roller coaster and we all rode the Toy Story ride.
Disney is so much fun, but boy were my dogs barkin. I’m so tired at this point, I can hardly say my name. My oldest is trying to hold me up to help me keep going.
What an awesome time we had. No one is ever too old for a fun filled day of Disney.
